This Pilates retreat focuses on the core elements of Pilates so get the best experience, no pun intended. Let Rachel help you get toned, relax your mind and stretch out! Take the Perfect Posture Workshop and 2-3 Pilates classes a day with a stunning view. Talk Pilates with others and learn more about your practice and your body in this cultural experience embedded in beautiful nature with an amazing group.
We’ll be located in an authentic Andalusian farmhouse with gardens overlooking the sea. Set in a secluded location, Santillan is an Andalusian paradise. Immerse yourself in the silence of nature in its lovely gardens and surrounding hills. Relax in the extensive gardens or round the saltwater pool, and at night can enjoy star-gazing under the night sky.
Try local wine, munch on tapas, hang out by the pool or catch some rays. Enjoy rustic rooms, get a massage. We’ll be situated close to many nature excursions, and adjacent to the some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Local excursions such as El Camino del Rey and Rio Chillar in Nerja are possible in a day.
Andalucia is a magical place where adventure and relaxation are merely a decision away. This Pilates retreat will make you stronger, leaner, more relaxed and definitely you will be more in-tune with your body.

Day 1 August 27
3.30pm Arrival and check-in
5.00 – 5.30pm Welcome & Orientation around the gardens
5.30 –19:00 Pilates class
20:00 Dinner and rest.
Day 2 August 28
9:00-10:00 Pilates class followed by a dip in the pool and chill in the garden
11:00 –12:00– Breathe and Stretch class
12:30 – Lunch. Explore around Santillan with Rachel for a hike or get a massage.
18:00 –19:00 End of day Pilates followed by a post Pilates hike around the premises
20:00 – Dinner and rest. Join Rachel in gardens for a glass of well-deserved Spanish wine.
Day 3, August 29
07:30 Self-guided meditation (optional)
9:00 – 10:00am Intense Pilates focused on ABS followed
13:30 Excursion to local hike or go to the beach. Only a short car ride away.
17:00-19:30 – Perfect posture workshop and Pilates class with break.
20:00 Dinner and rest
Day 4 , August 30
9:00-10:00 Pilates class followed by chill at the pool
11:00-12:00 Pilates abs class
12:30 lunch and free time for beach or hiking
20:00 Dinner and rest
Day 5, August 31
07:00-07:30 Express Pilates class
08:00 – Breakfast, checkout and departure
