A restorative yoga retreat is about time.
Allowing yourself time to exhale, time to slow down and recharge your batteries.

Retreat Rhythm



Designed to encourage slowing down, re-setting personal rhythm, and feeling spacious with time.There will be three sessions a day with instruction in meditation, somatic movement inquiry and asana practice, dharma talks, and Restorative Yoga. Paradoxically, by giving ourselves the gift of deep rest, we return to our lives with more energy for family, work and creativity. Option to join three Teacher’s Labs to explore some of the theory, technique and sequences for Restorative Yoga. Additional fee applies.Enjoy three colourful vegetable-rich pescatarian Spanish meals a day, plus lots of Spanish treats and dessert!Open space each day for reading, lying by the pool, swimming, journaling, hiking, take a nap, enjoy a massage, daydream in the garden – anything that feeds your heart.There will be one afternoon off with the option to explore Malaga, go on an excursion, visit one of Adelene’s favourite hammam in the world, or simply lie in.




What can I expect to learn on this retreat?


Every experience is different. Past students found Restorative Yoga retreats facilitate feelings of calm, clarity, and creativity.
Insights may include:

  • Re-connecting with your center, and coming home to inner peace.
  • Rekindle love and intimacy with self, therefore larger capacity for others in life.

  • Teachers will come away ready to start teaching a few key restorative poses.
  • A new appreciation for the slower rhythms of Spanish time, the tastes of Spanish food, and the pleasure of savoring a glass of Spanish wine.

Retreat price includes selected scheduled yoga classes, gourmet buffet-style meals, use of yoga hall and other facilities, (natural salt water pool, internet, etc.), free tea, coffee, fruit and drinking water, and use of yoga shala and props.

Retreat price does not include airfare, or transport to / from the retreat center, excursions, massage treatments, meals off site, or travel insurance. It is highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances etc.
