This retreat will give you the rest your mind and body desires. Carlian & Megan will support and guide you through this 6 nights, 5 days retreat experience which will leave you feeling fully rested and restored.

Megan and Carliann are passionate about bringing more peace, calm and rest into peoples lives.

They will create space for you to fully relax, let go and recharge while equipping you with the tools you can take away with you and use to create more harmony and balance in your every day life.The power of a retreat can be life changing, all we ask is for an open mind and heart.

Each day you will be guided throught both a Yang (Hatha) and Yin practice in one of the beautiful studios, outdoor and indoor. The rest of your day can be spent relaxing, reading a book by the salt-water pool, resting on your private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, or strolling the surrounding hills with views onto the Mediterranean sea.

Relax, recharge andrestore with yoga, meditation, healthy eating, walking, theapies, all led by some of the world´s most experienced teachers. Immerse yourself in nature within peaceful tropical gardens and surrounding hills. It is th perfect setting for some time away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the modern life.

  • 8.00 am Gentle Flow Yoga
  • 10.30 am Breakfast
  • 11.30 am Optional walk
  • Free time
  • 2.00 pm Light Lunch
  • 5 pm Yin Yoga
  • 7.30 pm Dinner
  • 9.30 pm lights out

 

How much does it cost?

  • £ 1920 shared room
  •  £ 2270 for your own room

 

Whats included:

  • 6 nights accommodation with an ensuite bedroom, private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, surrounding hills or sea (Rooms on a first come, first served basic)
  • Daily 2 hour morning energising yang and breath work practice, guided by Megan Marcelle. Classes are tailored to suit all levels and individuals (time is taken to understand guests needs)
  • Daily 2 hour peaceful evening Yin and Meditation Practice guided by Carliann Langley
  • Wholesome meals prepared by our onsite specialist chef 3 times a day (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner). All dishes are prepared from organic produce grown under the SPnish sun, from our gardens, local farmers, fruits trees and herb garden
  • Walking trips exploring the Andalusian mountains.
  • Sound Bath
