A much deserved and necessary space to prioritise your personal well-being.  More than a vacation, this yoga retreat is a gift of deep rest to self. It´s a week of taking ourselves out of daily routine and resopnsabilities, taking a pause from streams of stimulation, where you have the time and support to practice true self care. Are you willing? Retreat Rhythm

Designed to encorage slowing down, re-setting personal rhythm and feeling spacious with time.

There will be three sessions a day with instructions in meditation, somatic movement inquiry and asana practice, dharma talks, and Restorative Yoga practices. Paradoxically, by giving ourselves the gift of deep rest, we return to our lives with more energy for family, work and creativity.

Option to join three Teacher´s Workshops to deepen your knowledge of the practice and to revive inspiration for teaching. Additional fee applies.

Enjoy colourful vegetable-rich pescetarian Spanish meals, plus lots of Spanish treats and dessert!

• Twin/Triple en-suite room share £990 (Early bird),  £1090 (From 31 March 2023)
• Single en-suite room supplement £295
• Optional 3x Teachers´Labs add £120 cash upon arrival
• Non-refundable deposit £250 to hold your spot. Balance due 1 May 2023.

Price includes: accommodation, selected scheduled yoga classes, gourmet buffet-style meals, uso of yoga hall and other facilities, free tea, coffee and drinking water, and use of yoga shala and props.

Price does not include: airfare or transport to from the retreat center, excursions, massage treatments, melas off site, or travel insurance. It is highly recommended to purchase Teavel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances etc.
