There will be twice daily yoga sessions in the state-of-the-art yoga studio; meditation, mindful movement and flow yoga in the morning and restorative/yin yoga in the afternoon. We will also make use of the Europe’s largest Great Yoga Wall with two additional therapeutic sessions over the course of the week.

The retreats in August and December are mixed levels but expect to be immersed into Iyengar yoga whatever your level of experience. To make your retreat work for you, please do attend regular yoga classes for at least 2 months before joining us. Non-yoga partners are very welcome.

During the week you will  practice in a beautiful fully equipped yoga studio. The daily yoga practice is designed in a way you will feel energised & relaxed. You will start the day with pranayama, followed by an active asana class. In the afternoon, you´ll have a restorative yoga session.

Simon Turner will teach two daily yoga classes in the state-of-the-art studio.

Between sessions there will be time to relax in the extensive gardens, swim in the salt-water pool, go on a hike, play paddle tennis or enjoy the nearby beaches.

We will have daily asana classes, meditation sessions and talks. There will also be time to hike, swim, read or really take it easy, to rest.

The number of participants is reduced to 10 at this point. Each participant will have their own room with en suite bathroom for the price of shared accommodation
