What´s included?
- Twice daily Iyengar Yoga classes, morning and afternoon
- Teaching with an emphasis on clarity, precision, alignment, and mindful progression
- Individual guidance and expert adjustments, with experienced assisants present in classes
- Use of props, and variations to support different needs and abilities
- One free afternoon mid-week for rest, excursions, or simply enjoying the surroundings
Morning sessions are dynamic and energising, designed to awaken the body and focus the mind. Afternoon sessions are quieter and restorative, integrating supported postures, breath awareness, and opportunities for reflection. As always, Rachel´s teaching is tailored to meet you where you are – whether you´re committed practitioner or just beginning your yoga journey.
